The photographers featured on Motor Driven Images have many years of experience photographing vehicles of all types. Over the years we have been very fortunate to attend and photograph numerous events that many individuals were either too young or unable to attend. With that in mind, we caption our photographic collections with the words "We Were There . . ."
Our name is derived from two aspects of our work. First, all of our subjects are propelled by a motor. It can be combustion, turbine, or electric. The second dates back to the era of the film camera where serious sports photographers needed a "motor drive" in order to get up to 3 frames per second. That gives us MOTOR DRIVEN IMAGES.
Our goal is to provide you with an assortment of our pictures. Our purpose is not to place every picture we take on this site but to give you an idea as to what may be available.
